How Herzegovina tours differ
A day trip to Mostar rarely means just Mostar. Listings combine stops from this guide, for example the Old Bridge, the Kravice waterfalls, Blagaj and Počitelj, and they differ in what they include. Some start in Mostar, others in Dubrovnik or Split and add a border crossing. Compare the tours on the same points: where you are picked up, the language of the guide, the stops, the entry tickets, the time at each stop and the total price.
The bunker, rafting and boat tours below are single offers with published details. The day tours are not priced here, because the price of a round trip depends on the departure point, the group and the date. Use the live list further down for the current price and availability.

The tour types in detail
What each one involves.
Mostar day trips
Typical stops are the old town, the Old Bridge, Kravice, Blagaj and Počitelj. Check which of them are on the itinerary and how much time you get at each. Opening hours matter: Kravice closes at 17:00 from November to February, and the Stari Most Museum is open 10:00–18:00 from 1 April to 1 November.
Mostar guide →Day trips from Dubrovnik or Split
These add a border crossing. The UK foreign office warns of extra time at Schengen external borders because of the Entry/Exit System, and no fixed waiting time can be given. Do not plan the return trip with no margin.
Dubrovnik to Mostar →Guided walks
A walking tour covers the old town and the bridge quarter. Check the length, the group size, the language and whether museum or mosque tickets are included. Mosques ask you to cover shoulders and knees.
Things to do →Kravice
Entry is 20 KM (about €10.23) for adults, and a tour may or may not include it. Cars pay 3 KM per started hour at the Croatian-language price list, buses 10 KM per hour or 30 KM per day. The operator's Italian page also lists a day rate of 6 KM for cars. Agency discounts of 10 or 20 percent apply to contracted agencies, not to individual visitors.
Kravice guide →Medjugorje groups
The parish asks groups to announce themselves and give the number of participants at the information office. This is not a booking duty for individual pilgrims. Dress rules apply on the hills and in the church.
Medjugorje guide →Bunker, rafting and boat
The bunker needs a reservation, and the operator arranges a transfer from the train or bus station, with no price listed. Rafting depends on the water. Hutovo Blato groups register at least one day ahead, and long trips and bird watching are available on request.
Konjic guide →What to check before you book
The wording differs more than the prices do. Take the points from the offer itself and not from a general description of a "typical" tour.
- Pickup: hotel pickup or a fixed meeting point, and the departure city.
- Language: the language of the guide. Ask which languages are offered on your departure.
- Border: whether the tour crosses the border and who handles the documents.
- Entry tickets: which are included, such as Kravice, a museum or the bunker.
- Time at each stop: the total time on the road is often longer than the time at the sights.
- Cancellation: terms differ by operator and cannot be carried over from one tour to another.
- Total price: take it from the booking page, not from a "from" price.

Herzegovina tours: frequently asked questions
What is the best Mostar tour?
That depends on your time and interests. The table above compares single examples and is not a ranking. A day trip suits a short stay, while a night in Mostar gives more time in the old town.
How much does a Mostar day tour cost?
The price depends on the departure point, the group and the date, and a round trip from Dubrovnik is priced differently from one that starts in Mostar. Look at the live list on this page and check what the price includes.
Are entry tickets included?
It differs by tour. Kravice charges its own entry of 20 KM (about €10.23), and museum and bunker tickets are separate products. Check each offer.
Do I need to book the bunker in advance?
Yes. The operator requires a reservation, with guided tours at 09:00, 12:00 and 15:00.
Can I go rafting all year?
One operator lists rafting from 20 April to 1 November. No general season for the Neretva is published, so confirm the dates with the operator.
